Bench Press

step 1 lie flat on a bench with your back

step 2 grab the bar wider than your shoulders are

step 3 bring the bar slowly down to your chest don’t forget to breathe in

step 4 go up again and breathe out

What you can do wrong with this exercise is?
Watch out that you have the bar well balanced very importend
My own advice
At the bar you have small pieces without bumpy metal take the bar there!
I do this exercise 4 sets 12-15 reps
