step 1 stand with your feet under the bar
step 2 put your feet under the bar so that you can see 75% of your feet.
step 3 Grab the bar with a straight back and look forward (if you look forward, your back remains straight its the trick i use)
step 4 go down slowly with your back straight
I do this 4 sets and a maximum of 12 reps, for the optimum results!
