Step 1 Set the weight that you want to use on the barbell
step 2 stand with your face against the bar
step 3 Hold your little finger on the part that is not lumpy, for the perfect balance!
step 4 Keep your back straight and lift the barbell above your shoulders and then above your head
step 5 slowly lower the barbell until your chest
I do this exercise 4 sets 12-15 reps.
